About this sign
A handwritten apology softens the message of the Sorry We Are Closed LED Neon Sign. Flowing blue script introduces the phrase, smaller upright letters complete the top line, and tall yellow lettering places the final word underneath. That contrast between relaxed handwriting and a structured lower line gives the design its character. It communicates closure with a friendly tone, making it a thoughtful detail for businesses that care about how their space feels even at the end of service.
Position it in an interior window arrangement or beside your reception area where the complete two-line message can be seen together. It suits cafes, small shops, salons and studios with a welcoming visual style. A quiet background will give the script room to breathe and help the contrasting colours hold their own. Select from the listed sizes to suit the surrounding display, then use the remote and dimmer to set a comfortable brightness. The wording brings personality to an ordinary notice without needing extra decoration around it.

Good to know
- In the box
- Your sign on a clear acrylic backboard, a 1.5 m clear cord with a power adapter and the plug for your country, the remote & dimmer, and your chosen mounting kit. Electrical approvals are issued against the power-supply model fitted to your sign — ask us and we will confirm them in writing.
- Delivery
- Free standard delivery. Allow 7–14 days from order to arrival — that includes making your sign. Couriered with signature on delivery.
- Indoor or outdoor
- Every design can be built either way and looks the same. Indoor is for dry indoor spaces. Choose Outdoor above for anywhere rained on, splashed or permanently humid: it swaps in outdoor-grade neon flex, a waterproof dimmer and an outdoor power supply sized to the sign. The IP67 rating applies to the neon flex, not the whole sign or its plug — ask us and we will confirm the rating for your build in writing.
- Warranty
- 24-month manufacturer warranty on electrical components when the sign is used as intended. An indoor sign used outdoors or somewhere wet is not covered.
- Mounting
- Backboards come pre-drilled. The wall mounting kit is free in silver, with black or gold finishes available above; a hanging wire kit or 3M tape can be added too.
- Light & power
- LED neon flex — lighter and tougher than glass, low energy, rated for 50,000+ hours.
- Size & colour
- Choose your width and the height follows this design’s proportions. Made in its own colours, as pictured.
