About this sign

The Initials LED Neon Sign frames your chosen initials inside a flowing heart outline, creating a personal piece for a wedding, anniversary or shared home. The pictured design places two letters with a plus sign between them, surrounded by an open heart with softly curved sides. Your own initials replace the example shown in the photographs.

How to personalise: choose your size and colour, then add the initials you would like in the order notes before placing your order. Please write them in the order you want them to appear, for example A + M. We will create those initials inside the heart.

Use the sign as a feature behind a reception table, beside a photo area or on an interior wall at home after the celebration. Its simple combination of lettering and outline can sit comfortably alongside flowers, photographs or a restrained backdrop. Measure the complete heart when planning its position and adjust the glow with the included remote and dimmer.

In the box: Your sign on a clear acrylic backboard, a 1.5 m clear cord with a power adapter and the plug for your country, the remote & dimmer, and your chosen mounting kit. Electrical approvals are issued against the power-supply model fitted to your sign — ask us and we will confirm them in writing.
Delivery: Free standard delivery. Allow 7–14 days from order to arrival — that includes making your sign. Couriered with signature on delivery.
Indoor or outdoor: Every design can be built either way and looks the same. Indoor is for dry indoor spaces. Choose Outdoor above for anywhere rained on, splashed or permanently humid: it swaps in outdoor-grade neon flex, a waterproof dimmer and an outdoor power supply sized to the sign. The IP67 rating applies to the neon flex, not the whole sign or its plug — ask us and we will confirm the rating for your build in writing.
Warranty: 24-month manufacturer warranty on electrical components when the sign is used as intended. An indoor sign used outdoors or somewhere wet is not covered.
Mounting: Backboards come pre-drilled. The wall mounting kit is free in silver, with black or gold finishes available above; a hanging wire kit or 3M tape can be added too.
Light & power: LED neon flex — lighter and tougher than glass, low energy, rated for 50,000+ hours.
Size & colour: Choose your width and the height follows this design’s proportions. 11 colours to choose from.
