About this sign

The Eat Clean Train Dirty LED Neon Sign presents its workout slogan in two lines of rounded outlined lettering. Eat Clean sits above Train Dirty, with a comma linking the phrases visually. The soft letter shapes give the familiar fitness message a more playful character than a strict block capital treatment.

Place it in a home workout room, beside a training area or on a studio wall where the phrase suits the setting. The balanced two line arrangement can fill a clear section above equipment without needing several separate decorative pieces. Select from the sizes and colours shown on this page, measuring the full composition before choosing a position. Adjust the brightness with the supplied remote and dimmer. Keep enough space around the outlined letters for them to remain distinct, especially if the surrounding room already contains mirrors, storage racks or other visually busy features.

Good to know

In the box: Your sign on a clear acrylic backboard, a 1.5 m clear cord with a power adapter and the plug for your country, the remote & dimmer, and your chosen mounting kit. Electrical approvals are issued against the power-supply model fitted to your sign — ask us and we will confirm them in writing.
Delivery: Free standard delivery. Allow 7–14 days from order to arrival — that includes making your sign. Couriered with signature on delivery.
Indoor or outdoor: Every design can be built either way and looks the same. Indoor is for dry indoor spaces. Choose Outdoor above for anywhere rained on, splashed or permanently humid: it swaps in outdoor-grade neon flex, a waterproof dimmer and an outdoor power supply sized to the sign. The IP67 rating applies to the neon flex, not the whole sign or its plug — ask us and we will confirm the rating for your build in writing.
Warranty: 24-month manufacturer warranty on electrical components when the sign is used as intended. An indoor sign used outdoors or somewhere wet is not covered.
Mounting: Backboards come pre-drilled. The wall mounting kit is free in silver, with black or gold finishes available above; a hanging wire kit or 3M tape can be added too.
Light & power: LED neon flex — lighter and tougher than glass, low energy, rated for 50,000+ hours.
Size & colour: Choose your width and the height follows this design’s proportions. 11 colours to choose from.
