About this sign

An open pair of scissors cuts through the layout of the Chop it Like its Hot LED Neon Sign. The handwritten phrase steps down around the tool, with the long blades adding a diagonal through the looser curves of the lettering. The illustration makes the hairdressing reference clear and gives the familiar wordplay a visual punchline. Shown in purple, the compact composition feels lively and deliberately informal.

Choose it for a salon waiting area, a barber studio or a stylist's photo wall where humour is part of the room's personality. The upright arrangement works well on a narrower wall section, leaving enough space around the scissor handles and the final line. Select a listed colour to coordinate with the interior, then choose an available size that keeps the whole phrase easy to appreciate. In the box: Your sign on a clear acrylic backboard, a 1.5 m clear cord with a power adapter and the plug for your country, the remote & dimmer, and your chosen mounting kit. Electrical approvals are issued against the power-supply model fitted to your sign — ask us and we will confirm them in writing.
Delivery: Free standard delivery. Allow 7–14 days from order to arrival — that includes making your sign. Couriered with signature on delivery.
Indoor or outdoor: Every design can be built either way and looks the same. Indoor is for dry indoor spaces. Choose Outdoor above for anywhere rained on, splashed or permanently humid: it swaps in outdoor-grade neon flex, a waterproof dimmer and an outdoor power supply sized to the sign. The IP67 rating applies to the neon flex, not the whole sign or its plug — ask us and we will confirm the rating for your build in writing.
Warranty: 24-month manufacturer warranty on electrical components when the sign is used as intended. An indoor sign used outdoors or somewhere wet is not covered.
Mounting: Backboards come pre-drilled. The wall mounting kit is free in silver, with black or gold finishes available above; a hanging wire kit or 3M tape can be added too.
Light & power: LED neon flex — lighter and tougher than glass, low energy, rated for 50,000+ hours.
